A special visit for Book Week

This year Book Week began with a special visit from newly published author, Kay Morrison, and illustrator, Liz Kent. These two creative locals shared their experience of working together to create the picture book, The Prickly Princess and the Pixies. It was an invaluable opportunity for our students to learn first hand about the process of planning, writing and making a book come alive. Remember that the theme for Book Week this year is 'Reading is my secret power'.
